| The instructor was excellent--gentle, nurturing and very encouraging. She really helped me to find the joy and beauty in the whole process. The classes helped me during labor and delivery in maintaining my focus during breathing. | |

| The classes helped relieve lower back discomfort during my pregnancy. The breathing exercises helped tremendously during labor and delivery. I was able to calm myself down and focus on "the task at hand"! | |

| My goal was an easier and faster delivery this time and that's what I got. The yoga classes helped me be more relaxed during labor and delivery and helped with pain management for back labor. This was my first experience with yoga but I really enjoyed it. The relaxation techniques were amazing! | |

| I liked being with other pregnant women and having 1 1/2 hours a week to relax and focus on me and the baby. The breathing and relaxing techniques helped during labor and delivery. | |

| The prenatal classes helped make several of the discomforts of my pregnancy (swollen feet, backache, not sleeping) easier to handle. I really liked networking with the other women, the feeling of doing something "pampering" for me and the baby, and the lovely class location in the woods. The classes also helped me during labor and delivery. I used the yoga breathing during labor, and then after the birth I used the yoga breathing and relaxation techniques to calm me down to sleep. | Kim Thompson |
| I cannot say enough good things about prenatal yoga. When I became pregnant, I was very scared and unsure about labor and delivery. The best thing yoga did for me was give me confidence that I could relax and have my baby naturally. Yoga also helped me keep moving, even in the last six weeks of pregnancy when I found it hard to get up off the couch. At the end of my pregnancy I was no longer scared of labor. I was looking forward to the challenge. |

| The prenatal yoga classes helped me more than the childbirth classes. The labor pain was very manageable, and I believe this is because of yoga and the Bradley method, in that order. |
| Loren Leatherwood |
| I recommend that everyone take yoga for themselves and the baby. |
| Carla Lutomski |
| Prenatal yoga was nurturing, relaxing and fun! I still use the breathing techniques to help me relax. |
| Kristin Brooks |
| The yoga classes really tone your body. I was amazed how quickly my body returned to its pre-pregnancy condition. |
